This is delicious and feels really naughty but isn’t!1 scoop of blueberry super vitality protein powder
2 tbs of coconut flour
50 ml of lactose free milk
1 tbs coconut oil
Peanut butter/goji berries/honey/flaxseeds to put on top
Mix the protein powder and coconut flour together with a whisk.
Add the eggs and start whisking, slowly add the milk – add more if it’s too thick
Hear up the pan with coconut oil and
Drop in the pancake mix
Make sure you only put 2tbs in at a time, as you may not be able to flip it.
Top with delicious nuts, seeds, berries,yoghurt, the options are endless! I just found what I had in my weird health food cupboard!
